Interesting that almost all Asian markets are showing similar chart pattern over the last few weeks.
Here we see the Indian BSE index also going to break out of the narrowing triangle. Volume is not comforting.
BSE Sensex
Again similar trend like other Asia markets. Japan also look poised to break out of the narrowing triangle.

The next question is how can investors actually use these TA techniques?
The answer lie on the ability to identify 3 important features:
- Identify a trend
- Identify that the trend is continuing
- Identify the trend has reversed
